Shropshire Councillor for Tern, Brendan Mallon, has forwarded a response from Tanya Miles (CEO of Shropshire Council) regarding questions raised during her "Walk the Wards" meeting at Uffington Village Hall. Five Upton Magna Parish Councillors attended the meeting on your behalf.

It is fair to say that some responses show that the point was missed and, in particular, there is no response to the concerns over the Upton Magna BESS planning application - particulary with regard to the extremely long time this application is being given, together with the latitude that is offered to the applicants. Councillor Mallon has confirmed he will continue to engage and hopefully get definitive responses to all of the point raised by Parish Councillors.
