- Users of the hall to set up before/clear up after a party/event/function will incur the same costs as the morning, afternoon, evening or whole day sessions and must be booked with the booking secretary prior to the event.

Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made more than 28 calendar days before the event - no charge.
- Where the cancellation is made within 28 days of the function the full hiring charge shall become payable unless the hall is hired by someone else for that date.
- The Committee reserves the right to exercise the cancellation clause within 28 days of the function
- News Years Eve cancellation less than 3 months notice full charges will be applied
- Compensation in the event of cancellation by the Village Hall Committee limited to amount paid.
- Hire Terms and Conditions are displayed on the notice board in the hall
